Emin Pasha Hotel – Kampala

Emin Pasha Hotel is located near the Centre of town and set on two acres of peaceful tropical gardens. The Boma Guesthouse – Entebbe

Rwakobo Rock is a mid-range facility located on a hill on a granite outcrop and comprises of 8 comfortable and spacious cottages are all very private and offering great sunset views. The dining area overlooks an expanse of rock that adjoins the park and the retsuarant serves serves tasty homemade food and caters for vegetarians and other dietary needs. It is about 2Km from the Nshara Gate of Lake Mburo National Park. Rwakobo is nestled on a scenic outcrop with breathtaking views. Animals such as zebra, warthog, impala and bushbuck frequent the lodge and often congregate at the water hole beneath the dining area.

Sipi River Lodge

Set amongst 17 acres of private grounds where you will find the 80 meters Kapsururu Falls, several caves and peaceful gardens and located at foothills of Mount Elgon. Sipi River Lodge offers a variety of accommodation styles. The Kapsurur and Aniet Cottage that can take up to 4 people each, The Chepkui Cottage and Annex (The Seven Dwarfs House) that can take up to 8 people when joined with the annex, the Piswa and Sasa Bandas up to 2 people each and the Suam Bunkhouse with a capacity of 5 people. The cottages are private with en-suite bathroom. The bandas and the bunkhouse have shared washing facilities. The main house there is an intimate dining room with a log fire, stylish bar, comfortable reading lounge and airy veranda.


Silverback Lodge Bwindi

Silverback Lodge is a small and cozy lodge perched high, atop the valley overlooking Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The architectural design is simple and natural, yet filled with characther. There are 12 rooms built next to each other that are designed using local materials. Each room has an ensuite bathroom (with hot water showers) and comfortable chairs on the veranda for viewing the forest. The restaurant has unique menus, varying from local to international dishes. The Summit Bar is well stocked and in a comfortable setting.

The Haven Lodge – Buhoma

A new addition to the buhoma camp comprise of 3  twin/double cottages and 1 family cottage, all self-contained (en suite) and merging simple elegance with local materials. It was setup as an alternative to guests who would like to upgrade from the rest camp.

Mahogany Springs – Buhoma

Mahogany Springs is an upmarket/luxury about 15-20 minute walk to the UWA headquarters or 2-3 minutes in a vehicle. The lodge faces farmland and forest north of Buhoma Village and comprises of 8 Superior bandas and a presidential suite (2 rooms) with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with panoramic views of the forest and surrounding land. The main building includes a craft shop, large bar area, relaxing lounge area with fireplace, restaurant and a large veranda.

Buhoma Lodge – Buhoma

Buhoma Lodge is an upmarket/luxury intimate lodge within the boundary of the forest with ten comfortable cottages each with its own private veranda with amazing views of the forest canopy. The 10 cottages are all en suite bathroom with flushing toilet and hot shower. There is also an elevated lounge area, complete with bar and dining facilities, and a fire place to warm yourself during the cool evenings. Families with Children are welcome as a family cottage is available. Complimentary WIFI is available at the lodge.

Gorilla Forest Camp – Buhoma

Gorilla Forest Camp is a luxury tented camp in the rain forest, perched on the side of a mountain in Bwindi National Park, 500m inside the park entrance at Buhoma. It has 8 spacious tents with two queen-size beds, private bathroom with a bathtub with views of the surrounding rain forest. The bar and dining cottage overlooks the forest and has a raised natural platform for open air dining. Other amneties include a craft shop at the reception area and a camp fire pit.

Volcanoes Lodge Bwindi – Buhoma

Volcanoes Lodge Bwindi is an upmarket/ luxury eco-lodge overlooking the primeval Bwindi forest. The lodge features 8 stone and timber glass-fronted guest bandas with thatch roofs (3 doubles and 5 twins) reflecting the local building style with en-suite bathroom including a bush shower. The restaurant and bar is raised on wooden deck with a large terrace looking over the forest. The meals are both international and local cuisine served in the dining room and veranda restaurant with stunning views across the valley and the forest. Gorilla Safari Lodge

Gorilla Safari Lodge is an upmarket facility tucked away at the boundary line of Bwindi National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. It is the ideal base from which to trek the Nshongi family. The lodge offers accommodation in eight, en suite spacious units with individual verandas and excellent views towards the pristine forest. Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge – South Bwindi Nkuringo

Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is an upmarket / luxury facility located with stunning views of the Virunga range. The lodge comprises of 8 stone bedrooms. Each room has its own twin basin en suite bathroom, with hot and cold water, as well as electric lights, plug points and a cozy fireplace. The main building with reception, dining, shop and bar area also has six fireplaces to keep it a cozy area throughout the day. This is an upmarket /luxury unqiue beautiful lodging set atop a ridge overlooking Lake Mutanda, in the highlands of Kisoro, Southwestern Uganda. Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge- Rushaga

It is located 10-15 minutes away from Rushaga Gate of Bwindi National Park, Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge is a lodge featuring free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes and a garden. Free private parking is available on site. There are 9  en-suite cottages and they feature a balcony with outdoor sitting furniture where guests can sit and enjoy the stunning views of Bwindi forest, sunset and the surrounding nature.


Paraa Safari Lodge – Murchsion Falls

Paraa Safari Lodge is Elevated high above the Falls on the north side of the river, the historic Lodge enjoys simply astounding views. Bakers Lodge -Murchison Falls

The lodge is located on the southern bank of the lodge and comprises of 10 large suite rooms overlooking the River Nile. Each of the individual thatched safari suites is raised from the ground on supporting pillars with its own deck overlooking the river.  The en-suite solar powered bathrooms are open plan with solar hot water showers and baths with a view in some units.

The thatched central lounge, bar and dining area which is raised with wooden decks all around allowing guests to savour the morning sunrise for breakfast, sunset in the evening with 180 degree river views and the cool breezes thereof.

Murchison River Lodge – Murchison Falls 

Murchison River Lodge is located on the southern bank of River Nile comprising of 4 cottages, 4 safari tents, 5 camping tents and campsite. The cottages are en suite facilities down stairs with solar hot showers and toilet the have verandas overlook the bush and have a sofa and hammock to enjoy nature at its best. The safaris tents have are located near the water hence the use of chemical toilets and bush showers close to the tents. There is an open thatched restaurant, bar and terrace with great views of River Nile and Murchison Falls National Park.  During your leisure time, you can take a dip in the swimming pool or take a walk to the craft shop.

Fort Murchison – Murchison Falls

Fort Murchison is located just outside the national park in the northern area, at 10 minutes drive from the Tangi gate. It has been built in Arabic Fort/Swahili style and offers fabulous view of the river Nile. The lodge provide 12 rooms located in the main building, with private bathroom and balcony, as well as 12 safari tents (with shared facilities) overlooking the river.

Mweya Safari Lodge – Queen Elizabeth Park

The Lodge is located on a peninsula within the heart of the Queen Elizabeth National Park, It comprises of 32 Standard Rooms, 12 Deluxe Rooms, 1 queen’s cottage , 2 family cottages, 2 luxury tents,  2 standard tents and 1 presidential cottage all air-conditioned. Katara Lodge

Katara Lodge is located on the Kichwamba escarpment at a short (15 km) drive from the main entrance of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The lodge offers 7  regular and 1 family (2 bed roomed) luxurious thatched cottages on a beautiful stretch of hills overlooking the open savannah. Each cottage was hand crafted using locally available materials, features a four poster star bed and private veranda. The bathrooms are luxuriously fitted with a romantic roll top bath or invigorating rain shower. The main bar and dining area is a large thatched structure providing a beautiful view of the plains of Queen Elizabeth.
